About Me

With a career in technology spanning more than three decades, I have worked as a System Analyst since 1995, building a career around understanding how businesses operate and translating those business requirements into practical, reliable technology solutions.

My primary focus is ERP systems, business processes, system analysis, and the integration of technology with the day-to-day needs of an organisation. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in analysing complex business requirements, identifying inefficiencies, understanding system dependencies, and helping businesses implement solutions that work in the real world.

I believe that successful ERP implementation is about much more than software. An ERP system must support the people, processes, information, and objectives of the business. My role is to bridge the gap between business users and technology — understanding what the business needs, communicating those requirements clearly, and ensuring that the resulting solution delivers meaningful value.

Experience Built on Decades of Technology

Since beginning my career as a System Analyst in 1995, I have witnessed enormous changes in technology and the way businesses operate. From traditional business systems to today's highly integrated ERP environments, I have continually adapted to new technologies while maintaining the fundamentals that matter most: understanding the business, analysing the problem, and finding the right solution.

This experience has taught me that there is rarely a single solution that fits every organisation. Every business has its own processes, challenges, people, and objectives. I therefore approach each project individually, taking the time to understand the environment before recommending or implementing a solution.

My Approach

I combine technical knowledge with business analysis and practical experience. I focus on asking the right questions, understanding the underlying business problem, and ensuring that technology is being used to solve that problem rather than simply adding another layer of complexity.

My work can involve analysing existing systems, documenting requirements and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, assisting with ERP implementations, evaluating system functionality, and helping organisations get more value from the technology they already have.

I am particularly passionate about ERP systems and business process optimisation, where good analysis can make a significant difference to the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of an organisation.

Through MAC ERP, my goal is to provide businesses with experienced, practical ERP and systems analysis expertise.

After more than 30 years in the industry, I understand that businesses need technology that supports them — not technology that gets in their way. My objective is to help organisations understand their systems, improve their processes, make better use of their information, and ensure that their ERP environment supports the business today while remaining capable of adapting to tomorrow's requirements.
